Counting CD Collection
Counting the CDs is as easy as it sounds. Take care you get the exact number of CDs as we need to make sure we supply you with enough packaging materials. While we will let you know if the number placed for the order does not match the final amount, this will cause a delay in your order.

Delivery
All our collections and deliveries are made using professional courier companies and can be tracked at every stage. Each parcel is also fully insured for its contents and extra insurance can be arranged if required. We also offer options on the deliveries such as before 9am and Saturdays for an extra charge.
You simply contact us with your order number to arrange for collection of your order. Your CD collection can also be delivered in person to our offices in London, although this must be arranged in advance. This can be chosen when ordering by selecting 'Own Arrangement' from the delivery options.

Packaging
We have recently changed the design of our packaging to further enhance the quality of our service. We now supply extra strong boxes to transport your order in which means you no longer have to remove the CDs from their cases saving you even more time and making our service even more convenient.

The packaging will be sent to you as soon as your order is placed to make sure your CDs are protected at all times.

DVD/CD Backup You will receive a backup of your encoded music collection on either DVD or CD contained in a customised DVD case. DVDs are supplied as standard on DVD-R discs; please see the FAQ for more information on DVD formats.

EXTRA OPTIONS

Online Validation
We perform several checks to ensure that all of the information is correct when we name a track and include the album cover artwork. You may like to double check this before we send your order back. If you choose this option you will be sent a link to an online listing of your collection where you will be able to confirm the contents of your collection. This option will delay your order slightly.

Syncing MP3 Player
To make the process of encoding your collection even easier we can sync (transfer) your music onto your MP3 Player or MP3 Jukebox. If there is not enough space on your player for your whole collection, we will send you a link where you can confirm the music you would like included. This service is free but you must tell us what type of player you have so we can send the right type of packaging for its safe transit to and from us.

External Hard Drive
If you don’t have enough space on your current hard drive, we offer a range of external drives starting from 500GB. The hard drive will come loaded with your encoded music collection and is compatible with any computer that has a USB connection or network connection (depending on model). Please see your computer manual for further information on whether your computer has a USB or network connection. We can also supply larger drives and Firewire drives, contact us for a quote.
